Before launching Maroc & Co. Property Sourcing, I worked for four years as a Sales Executive within an estate agency environment, gaining direct experience across the residential sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

During this time, I worked closely with:

• landlords and property investors

This provided valuable insight into how property transactions progress in practice and where opportunities can arise for investors purchasing strategically.

Alongside this experience, I completed specialist training in property deal sourcing to build a structured understanding of sourcing compliance, investor requirements and opportunity packaging.
